Warlord Shipping Update #2 3/4 - Shipping Begins
One wave of USPS shipments is awaiting pickup and will go out today. You'll receive an email if this is you!
All orders, including the ones that had not been imported as of Friday, are also all in our system. You can check via Account -> Orders.
Meantime, we're packing away and on track to have 15% of all Warlord shipments packaged up by end of day today. Those will go out tomorrow, along with whatever we can get packaged up tomorrow morning. At that point we'll be on a daily UPS pickup posture until everything is out.
The first 50% of these shipments will be the easiest to pack, so things will move very quickly these first few days. By "easy" I mean a pledge without any add-ons. The more add-ons, the more complex.
We're maximizing orders shipped per day, so that means starting with the easiest (fastest to pack) and moving to the most complex. To be clear we're not considering fairness metrics like when you backed or total spend or anything like that, just most packages out on a daily basis.
Still very comfortable with our "by end of February" estimate for the entire project. Big email and blog updates will typically happen on Thursdays.
