Warlord Shipping Update #2 - It's Here
We now have Warlord product in our facility, with pallets being sorted and organized for shipping next week! Here's everything you need to know.
- We've weighed and measured every product type and verified those dimensions for shipping. All looks good! We've also pulled booster boxes per Kingswood's request for QA and they're looking at the distribution of cards across both boxes and packs. Any updates or news on the QA front will come from them, but we can say that the cards themselves look fantastic.
- We've imported almost all pledges into our website as orders. You can verify your order by going to the Orders tab of your Account. When logging in, be sure to use the same email you used for the Kickstarter. If that email was associated with an existing TC account, we added your order to that account. If it wasn't, we made an account for you which you can access using the "send login code" option when logging in.
- There's a few caveats with these imported orders! First, about 3% of orders on the import sheet needed additional troubleshooting and won't be in until Monday. Second, our standard "Processing" status says "ships within 1 business day" -- this isn't true for these orders. And finally, the price shown may be a bit off, but that won't have any impact for fulfillment.
- Final prep and the beginning of fulfillment are all set to kick off on Monday (Feb 9), with the first wave of packages scheduled to get picked up on Tuesday (Feb 10). You will receive an automated email when your order has shipped, and we do still project that all orders will be fulfilled by the end of February.
- If you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Now that you have an order in the system, the best way to do that is to use the "Contact support" button at the bottom of the order details page. Otherwise, just use the standard support form in the footer and we'll get to it. You can also post in the #warlord channel of our Discord and we'll generally get back quickly.\
