Our team is passionate about dramatically improving the landscape for players and publishers of indie table top games by creating a more human, more authentic, and less encumbered experience. If you are a digital marketer with 2+ years of experience planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns, and share our passion for supporting indie games and the communities that play them, this position could be the perfect fit!
The Position
We’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to build and maintain digital marketing campaigns for the express purpose of attracting new players, building larger communities, and profoundly impacting the lives of players around the world. For this effort, you must have proficiency in analytics tools and deploy strategic outreach through multiple platforms.
You will be expected to develop, execute, and manage tailored marketing campaigns, specific to games we support and in alignment with the Covenant brand and messaging tone. Perhaps most importantly, you'll need to collaborate openly and honestly with other departments to achieve our vision, where your insight as a Digital Marketing Specialist may be pivotal.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, development, execution, and management of partner campaigns that introduce players to indie tabletop games and their communities.
Reporting campaign performance, actionable insights, and user behavior to senior management.
Optimization through analysis, testing, and refining strategies for better performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Desire to do good work for its own sake
- Drive to constantly learn and improve oneself (kaizen)
- Familiarity and passion for tabletop games is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration and reporting
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Forward-thinking approach to solving problems
- Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube
- Nice to have experience with Reddit, Website SEO, YouTube SEO
- 21 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship will be provided)
