We're hiring a Fulfillment Specialist
Full-Time | Tulsa, OK | On-Site (not hiring remote positions)
If you are a diligent, meticulous, and self-motivated person who shares our belief in the power of tabletop games to foster profound human connection, we encourage you to apply.
Who We Are
We’re a small, close-knit team that has been working for over nineteen years to reimagine how indie tabletop games are published, purchased, and played. Our team is passionate about dramatically improving the landscape for players and publishers of indie tabletop games by creating a more human, more authentic, and less encumbered experience. We care about doing excellent work, supporting each other, and being a part of the communities we serve. We're looking for someone who resonates deeply with our mission to build a future where indie tabletop games are thriving.
The Position
We’re looking for a full-time Fulfillment Specialist who wants to handle everything from picking and packing orders with players in mind to tracking precious inventory in support of our mission to attract new players, build larger communities, and profoundly impact the lives of people around the world.
Our Fulfillment team plays a vital role at Covenant. Your daily responsibilities may shift based on evolving business needs. This role requires a high level of flexibility, initiative, and commitment to excellence. While your primary focus will include order fulfillment, inventory receiving, and general logistical support, the scope of your work will adapt with our operations. Success in this role depends more on how you work than on what you already know.
We are looking for someone whose dedication to excellence and personal growth outweighs any specific skill set or past experience. If you take pride in doing things well, even when no one is watching, you’ll likely thrive here.
What We Value
At Covenant, we operate on a set of core values (see below). Unlike some companies that may tout virtuous sounding values, while generally not demonstrating them or holding employees accountable, we rely on our core values to guide our actions and to provide a clear picture of expectations. Success at Covenant relies on embodying these values and will be the criteria by which your performance is evaluated and rewarded, regardless of your position in the company. These values are:
- Awareness
- Excellence
- Determination
- Focus
- Initiative
- Innovation
- Receptiveness
While it would be impossible to perfectly embody every one of these values in every moment, you won’t really fit in here unless you have a natural inclination toward them and a desire to actively cultivate them in your work.
Qualifications & Experience
- A desire to do good work for its own sake
- Commitment to continual improvement (Kaizen mindset)
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with tabletop games, ideally card games (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Ability to accurately fulfill orders from an invoice
- Ability to stay focused on a task for extended periods
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks at a brisk pace for 8+ hours
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs or more
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided)
Working at Covenant is about more than just doing a job. We're looking for someone who resonates deeply with our mission to build a future where indie card games thrive. If you're motivated by purpose and impact more than titles or traditional career paths, you’ll find meaning here—along with a healthy work-life balance, a flexible, people-first culture, and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
