We're hiring an Event Host & Customer Experience Specialist
Full-Time | Tulsa, OK | On-Site
If you love hosting game nights or just have a knack for bringing people together, building relationships, and generally making people’s day and showing them a good time, this job just might be for you.
The Position
We’re looking for a full-time Event Host & Customer Experience Specialist who will serve as the “face” of Covenant for our in-person events in addition to providing stellar online customer service.

Our customer experience philosophy is to simply care more than anyone else by cultivating authenticity instead of process. What does that look like? It looks like humans building personal connections, and finding ways to break through the impersonal, digital noise.
For this unique position, hours will vary. A typical work week is Monday-Friday, but will include working after 5pm on weekdays and/or weekends for scheduled events. Events will also vary, including anywhere from 1-5 events per month or sometimes multi-day events.

What We Value
At Covenant, we operate on a set of core values (see below). Unlike some companies that may tout virtuous sounding values, while generally not demonstrating them or holding employees accountable, we rely on our core values to guide our actions and to provide a clear picture of expectations. Success at Covenant relies on embodying these values and will be the criteria by which your performance is evaluated and rewarded, regardless of your position in the company. These values are:
Awareness
Excellence
Determination
Focus
Initiative

Receptiveness
While it would be impossible to perfectly embody every one of these values in every moment, you won’t really fit in here unless you have a natural inclination toward them and a desire to actively cultivate them in your work.
